- Diagnose, repair, and maintain various plumbing systems in commercial buildings.
- Install, inspect, and maintain plumbing fixtures, pipes, and related equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues such as leaks, clogs, and pipe damages.
- Collaborate with other team members and project managers to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on time.
- Follow local plumbing codes and regulations to ensure compliance and safety.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each job.
- Perform routine maintenance and preventive measures to extend the lifespan of plumbing systems.
- Keep up-to-date with industry advancements and new technologies in plumbing.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Commercial Plumber
- Proficient in Plumbing techniques
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to plan plumbing installations.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks.
- Strong carpentry skills for installation and repair work
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
