Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Associate / Cashier.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, handling transactions, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Duties:

• Greet customers with a warm and friendly demeanor
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the cash register or pointofsale (POS) system
• Answer customer inquiries and provide product information
• Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions
• Upsell additional products or services to enhance the customer's shopping experience
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
• Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals

Skills:

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Experience in technical sales or wireless sales is a plus
• Proficiency in operating a cash register or POS system
• Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell products or services
• Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and handle multiple customers simultaneously
• Knowledge of technology products and the ability to explain their features and benefits
