Description

We are a facility with 117 residential units in the Glen Cove district. The facility is an old farmstead with a beautiful facade and partially listed interior. In addition, there is an extension on Saarstraße, which consists exclusively of single rooms. We maintain an open, humorous and motivating communication style. The care of our residents is carried out in 5 living areas and we have a small (13 places) area for people with dementia. The nursing team in Glen Cove is characterized by a young average age. We are happy to offer training opportunities in our facility. This includes both the traditional apprenticeship path and the recognition process for skilled workers from abroad. We also strive to fulfill the training wishes of our employees, depending on capacities.

Your tasks:

Responsible management of shifts (early and late shifts)
Implementation of nursing planning (SIS, action planning)
Communication with relatives, doctors and external partners
Collaboration with other departments (housekeeping, administration, technical services)
Accompaniment and guidance of apprentices, recognition years, volunteers, etc.
Implementation of medical care for our residents
Participation in processes within the facility
