This position is part of the _Learning and Development Team_ and will be located in _Lodi, California _and is_ Onsite (Monday-Friday)._

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Coach, train, and audit production trainers on SOPs, training standards, facilitation tactics, time management, essential professionalism skills, and training evaluation metrics
  • Facilitate onthejob manufacturing training daily in the manufacturing environment
  • Facilitate classroom, virtual, and workshopbased training sessions on various topics, such as new hire orientation, products, manufacturing process, quality, computers, leadership skills, etc. as needed

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent with 5 years of training experience
  • Mastery in Microsoft Suite Tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Instructional Design, Operations, Training Leadership
  • 2 years of experience working in manufacturing, warehousing, or similar environment/industry


The hourly range for this role is $ $40_._ This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting.

We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
