    Description

    This is Gayatri, Senior Recruiter at Experis IT Manpower Group. Our client, Medical device Manufacturing, is seeking a Complaint Investigations technician to join their team. The ideal candidate will have warehouse, forklift, and data entry skills that will align successfully with the organization.

    Job Title: Complaint Investigations Tech / Warehouse

    Location: Alameda , CA

    Pay Range: $25-$26/hr

    Shift : 1:30 PM–10 PM

    What's the job?

  • A minimum of 1 year of previous warehouse experience is preferred.
  • I am able to use a pallet jack and forklift to move pallets in the warehouse. Must be able to complete forklift certification; training will be provided.
  • Able to unpack boxes and carry contents to a designated storage area. May be up to 50 lbs.
  • Maintain warehouse inventory using Excel or Database.
  • Maintains quality service by following organizational standards.
  • Maintains a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet areas, and workstations neat; maintaining a clean shipping supply area; and complying with standard operating procedures (SOP's), rules, and regulations.
  • Completes reports by entering the required information. Entering data into reports used for monitoring and updating warehouse activity as needed via Excel and/or Word.
  • Minimum High School Diploma, or GED.
  • May also be trained on complaint investigations if needed by the business.
