Sustainability Manager CSR / ESG (m/f/d)

The owner-managed group, headquartered in Wiehl (near Cologne), employs around employees worldwide.

As a Sustainability Manager CSR / ESG (m/f/d), your responsibilities include:

  • You are responsible for expanding and further developing a global sustainability strategy for the BPW Group.
  • You support the management in defining CSR goals and implementing measures to achieve them.
  • You create the sustainability report according to CSRD guidelines in collaboration with the departments.
  • You are responsible for monitoring and implementing regulatory and customerspecific sustainability requirements.
  • You participate in the planning and implementation of sustainability and climate protection projects.
  • You promote and strengthen the awareness and commitment of our employees through training and sensitization for sustainability topics (environment, social issues, and sustainable corporate management).
  • You support the sales department in handling customer inquiries regarding sustainability.
  • You support the departments in data management for CO2 balancing (corporate and product carbon footprint).

Your profile:

  • You have successfully completed a degree in sustainability management, environmental sciences, or a comparable qualification.
  • You have several years of professional experience in sustainability management, preferably also in project management of global initiatives.
