Your future responsibilities as Deputy Branch Manager (m/f/d):

As Deputy Branch Manager (m/f/d), you will be responsible for sales and expanding the branch's success
You will lead, manage, and organize the internal team on a daily basis and handle reporting in collaboration and in the absence of the Branch Manager
You will take care of our existing clients, increase volume, and ensure the best possible placement of incoming personnel needs
Acquisition and expansion of new and major clients
Recruitment, hiring, consulting, and deployment of our employees (m/f/d) and applicants (m/f/d)
Processing and handling of daytoday business
