Description

Whitney Place Assisted Living and Memory Care at Westborough is seeking a Resident Care Director to oversee all aspects of the Assisted Living Community.

This is an incredible opportunity for a current SNF Director to dip their toe into the exciting world of Assisted Living. At Whitney Place you will find a setting and environment that will remind you of why you chose a career in long-term care. You will find all the support you have been dreaming of with shift supervisors and 24/7 nursing staff. The assisted living center will allow you to develop long-term relationships with your residents and families where you can focus on care, not finances. It's about relationships, not regulations. Requirements:

RN/ LPN with two or more years of supervisory/ management, clinical experience
Ability to communicate verbally and in writing with residents, families, physicians, outside agencies, and all levels of staff.
Applies good judgement and resourcefulness in emergency situations
