The Wuppertaler Bühnen and Sinfonieorchester GmbH is a city theater with the departments of opera, drama, and symphony orchestra, as well as a service provider for the Tanztheater Wuppertal Pina Bausch GmbH.

The Opera House and the Theater am Engelsgarten serve as its own venues. The symphony orchestra concerts take place in the Historical Stadthalle Wuppertal. In addition, special projects are realized in both own and external venues.

We are looking for a part-time employee for the Artistic Operations Office (m/f/d) starting in August 2024.

Your tasks include:

Coordination of all information from individual departments necessary for the daily work schedule
Creation and distribution of daily schedules
Assistance in the preparation of auditions and castings
Distribution and creation of evening announcements
Processing and forwarding of vacation requests, sick leave, and fee notifications

- "Emergency management" in case of short-term performance or casting changes

General event and guest performance organization
Weekend duty shifts
Housing management and hotel bookings for guests
Database maintenance for Theasoft
Support and proofreading of print materials
Organization and coordination of extras
