- Review multiple sites for incoming RFIs from potential customers.
- Maintain a database of RFIs by Agency, their creation date and submission deadlines.
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to obtain necessary approvals for RFI responses.
- Collaborate with management teams to gather necessary information for RFI responses.
- Follow up with customers to address any additional questions or concerns.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to improve RFI responses and processes.
- Analyze customer requirements and tailor responses to address specific needs and concerns.
- Lead and direct the team of writers and write assigned sections as needed.
- Write clear, concise, and compelling responses to RFIs/RFPs that effectively showcase the company's services.
- Provide direction and coordination of content for proposal graphics.
- Ensure all responses are accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with company branding and messaging.
- Manage multiple RFIs simultaneously and prioritize tasks based on deadlines and strategic importance.
- Develop and maintain a database of standard responses, templates, and other resources to streamline the RFI response process.
- Follow up with customers to address any additional questions or concerns they may have.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Past experience with Federal or DoD clients.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely. - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Knowledge of Software industry-specific terminology, products, and services is a plus.
- Strong customer service orientation and a commitment to meeting customer needs.
