At the Berufsförderungswerk Köln, we assist individuals who are at risk of losing their connection to the workforce due to health reasons through coaching, integration programs, or complete rehabilitation training.

We are currently seeking a full-time Psychologist (m/f/d) to join our diverse team at the Berufsförderungswerk Köln.

Location: 50999 Köln-Rodenkirchen | Employment type: Full-time, 39 hours/week | Contract: Initially limited to 24 months | Start date:


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing support to our participants as part of their vocational rehabilitation
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary rehabilitation teams
  • Offering psychological group sessions
  • Documenting your work in a digital file
  • Working with a dedicated team of psychologists
To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A degree or master's in Psychology
  • Additional training in a psychotherapeutic method
  • Several years of professional experience, preferably in vocational rehabilitation or working with individuals with mental health issues
