We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented AR Specialist to join our dynamic Company. In this role, you will play a vital part in our growth trajectory.

Job Summary:

The Accounts Receivable Associate is responsible for managing the company's outstanding customer invoices, collecting payments, and maintaining accurate records of customer accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the collections process for outstanding invoices and ensure timely payment from customers.
• Communicate with customers regarding payment status, outstanding balances, and payment terms.
• Maintain accurate records of customer accounts, including payment history and contact information.
• Generate regular reports on accounts receivable aging and collections performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and customer service, to resolve billing and payment issues.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Perform account reconciliations and investigate and resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor customer credit limits and provide recommendations for credit extensions or reductions.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred.

$60, $75,000.00 per year
