We are currently seeking a full-time Personnel Officer for Occupational Pension (m/f/d) to join our team as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities will include:

Guiding our employees (m/f/d), potential beneficiaries (m/f/d), and pensioners (m/f/d) through various pension schemes (including support funds and direct insurance)
Maintaining close communication with external service providers and internal departments to ensure our employees (m/f/d) receive the best possible support
Raising awareness for occupational pension schemes by assisting with the organization and implementation of internal training for HR staff in our facilities and in payroll services
Contributing to companywide projects by considering occupational pension schemes in various situations and providing valuable input for project implementation
Bringing your experience and ideas to the table to optimize our work processes, such as through digitalization or presenting pension scheme offers in MediNet
