    Description

    Job Description:

    We are looking for a Sr Associate to help our team administer the business management function for the
    Enterprise Data Management organization.

    This position will have primary day-to-day responsibility for resource, contract, invoice reporting tracking and analysis, as well as understanding the impact these items are having on the team's operating and project financials.

    You should be familiar with purchase orders, invoicing, oracle general ledger reconciliations, software and rd party contract management process flow.

    You should also have excellent Excel, PowerPoint, organizational skills, and be able to handle time-sensitive follow-ups with very senior leaders on the team.

    Ultimately, you will assist in the day-to-day management and reconciliation of our department's labor and non-labor expenses.

    Responsibilities:


    • Analyze financial data with precise accuracy, and provide actual, budget and forecasting support.
    • It is extremely important for this candidate to be able to follow-up, request, gather, and prepare important documents for senior management on a regular and ad-hoc basis, with the ability to prioritize in a timely fashion and with professionalism.
    • Build out an invoice tracking and rd Party contract management process to increase financial control within the team.
    • Track and monitor various KPI's, key metrics for the organization.
    • Lead ad-hoc analysis across project resources and financials, which impact the annual operating plan budget and forecast.
    • Recommend efficiencies and automate where possible to work-out-the-waste from our organization.
    • Evaluate current and previous financial data, look for trends, trouble-shoot anomalies.

    Call Notes :

    • Onsite days per week in Pittsburgh office
    • Ideally, this contractor will convert to FTE at some point during the assignment
    • Role will focus on contract management (pricing, bids, etc.)
    • Will work with vendors/third-parties and senior leaders
    • Any PMO experience would be beneficial
    • Previous finance background is preferred
    • Budgeting and financial reporting/forecasting
    • Excel, PowerPoint, creating dashboards
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Bachelor's degree is a plus but relevant experience would also suffice
