Flow Through Tax Senior Associate
Northwest Talent Solutions LLC is a leading recruitment firm working with an outstanding US-based financial client. We are seeking a highly motivated Flow ThroughTax Senior Associateto join our client's team.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's in accounting, law, or enough course work to be able to sit for a CPA or Bar Exam, a CPA or JD preferred, and 2+ years' experience providing federal tax compliance and consulting services in a public accounting firm preferred.

Be a trusted member of the engagement team providing various federal tax compliance and consulting services to industry specific clients:
Provide tax compliance and advisory services to S-corporations and partnerships from middle market to multinational companies.

Participate in tax research projects on a variety of tax issues, help to draft IRS responses and address other tax authority inquiries.

Team with leaders on special projects in various areas of flow through taxation

Communicate and team with specialty tax practices on complicated tax matters in the state and local, high net worth, international, research and development along with credits and incentives areas.

Utilize your entrepreneurial skills to network and build strong relationships internally and externally with clients.

Bachelor's degree in accounting or law, or a related degree in business, and sufficient course work and credits to sit for the CPA and/or Bar exam in the state you are being considered.

Two (2) + year(s) of experience providing federal tax compliance and consulting services in a public accounting firm preferred.

Demonstrated skills in the areas of time management, communication, interpersonal skills, relationship building, collaboration, and problem solving.
Strong leadership, project management, organizational and analytical skills, initiative, adaptability
Microsoft Suite skills
