We are a family kindergarten located in a rural environment with forests and meadows, a soccer field, and a playground nearby. Currently, we care for 60 children between the ages of 1 and 6.

We foster an open team culture and welcome your ideas and support.

What we expect from you:

To work resource-oriented with the children and families, following the principles of the orientation plan
To establish a trusting collaboration with the church community and management
To further develop and implement our educational concept
To work together with the church community to shape and bring to life our Protestant profile

What sets you apart:

An education or degree according to §7 of the specialist staff catalog
A respectful and considerate attitude towards children, parents, colleagues, and superiors
A high level of flexibility, reliability, independence, creativity, and empathy
A religious affiliation (ACK) and an open attitude towards the Protestant profile

What we offer:

A part-time position starting at 50% and a full-time position as soon as possible
