We are a medium-sized company located in the Main-Kinzig district between Frankfurt am Main and Fulda.

Our core competencies include the development, production, and distribution of professional products in the fields of pharmacy, skin and body care, as well as the important area of professional interior cleaning.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a:

Commercial employee in the purchasing department (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

Regular review and determination of material requirements for raw materials
Placing orders for raw materials, taking into account planned production dates and required quantities
Negotiating framework orders
Requesting order confirmations, checking them, and entering them into the ERP system
Monitoring compliance with confirmed delivery dates
Maintaining article and supplier master data
Requesting quotes
Requesting analysis certificates and safety data sheets for raw materials
Forwarding raw material specifications, etc. to suppliers

Your profile:

Completed commercial training
First professional experience, ideally in the industry
Good MS Office skills (Word and Excel)
Independent work style and good negotiation skills
Reliability and sense of responsibility
Teamwork and flexibility
