Responsibilities:
- Plan and facilitate gymnastics lessons and STEAM activities
- Supervise Open Play and Tumble Zone
- Teach arts and crafts activities.
- Follow Tumbles daily and weekly schedules catered to each group of campers, their ages, and interests
- Monitor campers and supervise them in various activities
- Provide fun learning opportunities
- Set up, take down, and maintain class materials and gym equipment
- Clean and disinfect the facitlity before and after the camp day.
- Communicate with parents
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a camp counselor or in a similar position
- Experience in working with young children age 5 mos
- 12 yrs old.
- Experienc in teaching children gymnastics, science, arts & craft activities
- Highly reliable, organized and responsible
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including lifting up the gym equipment and a 45 lb child.
