    Primary Responsibilities
    In the role of Project Controls Specialist, we'll count on you to:

    Establish WBS, and develop and maintain complex project schedules for various phases of the project
    Coordinate with necessary team members
    Develop and monitor project metrics
    Participate in project coordination meetings
    Conduct project site visits if applicable
    Perform other duties as needed
    Qualifications

    Required Qualifications
    Minimum of 5 years experience in project controls work on engineering and construction projects, including planning, estimating, forecasting, cost control, and project reports
    Strong oral and written communication skills
    Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
    Ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple long- and short-term tasks simultaneously
    Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving abilities
    Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving abilities
    High proficiency with Microsoft Excel
    An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
    Preferred Qualifications
    Degree in Construction or engineering
    Certifications (one or more):

    PSP, PMP, PE, CM, EVP, PMI-SP, CST
    Ability to interpret construction schedules

    The expected compensation range for this position is $80, $130,250.00 annually depending upon skills, experience, education and geographical location.
    Required Qualifications
    Bachelor's degree
    Minimum of 5 years experience in project controls work on engineering and construction projects, including planning, estimating, forecasting, cost control, and project reports
    Strong decision-making skills
    Strong oral and written communication skills
    Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
    Ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple long- and short-term tasks simultaneously
    Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving abilities

    High proficiency with Microsoft Excel
