Land & Sea Detailing is a yacht maintenance, detailing and cleaning business based out of Baltimore.

We are searching for individuals to join our team to wash, detail and wax the exterior of our client's boats around Baltimore Inner Harbor, Annapolis, Middle River, Pasadena, Severna Park, etc.

This is a full-time position with hours each week being at 40 but may fluctuate depending on weather. Our standard working hours are Monday-Friday 8 AM-4 PM depending on weather conditions. Weekend work is not required but overtime pay is readily available. Pay is bi-weekly with direct deposit to bank account. We also offer a competitive health insurance plan for full-time employees.

The job duties are physical with continual movement on your feet.

While the task of cleaning and waxing yachts is straight forward, applicants must be detailed oriented while being able to withstand a physically demanding job outdoors.

Prior experience isn't a requirement but being able to work in a manual labor workplace is. Our working season spans from now until the end of January which is when we're shrink wrapping boats.

Applicants must have:
Have their own reliable vehicle. No public transportation, bicycle or ride sharing.

Be able to commute to Baltimore Inner Harbor each day.

Enjoy working outside in typical Maryland heat and cold.

Have a cell phone.

Have a strong work ethic.

Have a clean background (background check will be conducted).

Work well independently and in a team.

Have a positive self image.

Must be timely with professional communication skills.

Pay starts between $19.00-$20.00 an hour depending on experience and will increase throughout the season. Any parking charges are reimbursed along with a bi-weekly vehicle gas stipend for commuting. There are occasional tips and bonuses.

We provide all necessary supplies and equipment.
