Description
As an Inventory Planner (m/f/d), you ensure optimal stock levels by systematically defining key parameters. You determine and set important control variables such as planned stock coverage, safety and reorder levels.As an Inventory Planner, you ensure delivery capability while avoiding excess stock of centrally distributed products in local sales organizations.
We are looking for you to join our office in Allendorf (Eder) or Berlin.What you will achieve:
- Monitoring and controlling inventory levels to ensure optimal product availability
- Setting inventory targets and safety stock levels in alignment with customer demand
- Setting and monitoring key parameters such as planned stock coverage and safety stock
- Generating regular reports on inventory performance, identifying trends and recommending adjustments
- Working closely with sales, demand planning, production, and logistics teams to ensure smooth alignment of inventory plans with business objectives
Who you are:
- Successfully completed Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT, or a related field
- Several years of experience in inventory management or a similar planning role
- Strong analytical skills and problemsolving abilities
- Good knowledge of IT and ideally experience with SAP
- Excellent English and German skills
