Your responsibilities

Advising and supporting activities related to the containerization of modern web applications (microservices) and their operation within an agile development team
Standardizing and automating build, test, and deployment processes while considering the highest quality and data protection requirements
Establishing and operating a continuous integration environment and virtual network infrastructures
Introducing and further developing meaningful SRE practices
Designing, building, and configuring logging and monitoring infrastructures
Analyzing and resolving system failures through research and careful error documentation (also on call)

Your profile

Completed degree in computer science or a comparable qualification
Relevant professional experience in the cloud environment (e.g. AWS, MS AZURE, etc.)
Experience in operating distributed network infrastructures as well as containers and their orchestration
Experience with tools for monitoring, debugging, and performance measurement
Proficiency in regular expressions, scripting, and dynamic programming languages (e.g. Bash, Python, Ruby, Go)
Systematic, goaloriented, and independent work style
