For the reinforcement of our Munich team, we are currently looking for an experienced

Patent Attorney (m/f/d)

specializing in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or technical physics.

Your responsibilities:

Preparation and filing of German and European patent applications
Handling of examination procedures in Germany, Europe and worldwide
Processing of oppositions, invalidity and patent infringement proceedings
Participation in and conducting of negotiations

Your profile:

A technical degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or technical physics with excellent grades
Admission as a German and/or European patent attorney (m/f/d) or close to completing the training
Very good analytical skills, abstraction ability and negotiation skills
Native-level German proficiency
Fluent English skills
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
