    Field Application Engineer

    $115,000 - $155,000

    Seattle, WA

    Our client is in the market for a field application engineer. This global market-leading business is looking for an experienced applications engineer who can grow the company's service, sales, and applications to customers. We are looking for a candidate with extensive experience in electrical systems.

    Work for a fast-expanding business that is plowing its sales into the data center market and other large hyper-growth industries across the states. Enjoy working for a business that promotes within, with good technical training on special-purpose machinery and equipment, and become a true UPS specialist.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Ability to work with customers and internal stakeholders and make sure all deliverables are met.
    • Build and Maintain relationships with key OEM/ODM customers to engage early design in jobs.
    • Maintain a high degree of technical knowledge: Collaborate with the sales team, engineers, and product managers to obtain accurate information on application usage, system operations, and product management.
    • Working closely with HQs and factories
    • Performing the desired tests and installation procedures
    • Capacity to identify risks and raise issues with relevant stakeholders
    • Quick learner and flexible in adopting company working culture and processes
    • Happy to travel 20% of the time

    Background Required:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
    • 3+ years of professional experience as a Field Applications Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or similar
    • Experience with Power Electronics is required
    • Experience within Data Centres is a plus
    • Willingness to train and develop
