Kforce has a client in Sandy Springs, GA that is seeking a hybrid Process Analyst to join their team.Duties Include:

Process Analyst will be responsible for giving direction to other process analysts, working alongside them, give direction and gather status updates from the team
Looking for someone to lead operational process improvement/change management within an accounting/finance department previously
Responsible for evaluating current processes and setting the path forward; Make enhancements/improvements and lay a foundation for a future operating model
Build out training materials when necessary and communicate with business stakeholders
Responsible for mapping out future state/processes
As a Process Analyst, you will document efficiencies
Working with IT and the business
Looking for someone to lead operational process improvement/change management within an accounting/finance department

Not creating full SOPs
Working with IT and the Business
Responsible for mapping out future state/processes
Modules that they will be working with: Order to Cash, Procure to pay, Payment Services

Requirements

Needs to have held Senior and Leadership roles in the past
Accounting background
Working in accounting (ideally transactional accounting)
Have knowledge of Oracle Order to Cash and Procur to Pay
Self-starter who can thrive in a dynamic environment, every day is different and constantly changing
A new module they are using is Payment Services so familiarity with that is a plus
Six Sigma a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.

Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.

This job is not eligible for bonuses, incentives or commissions.
