Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all projects are delivered ontime, within scope and budget
- Ability to successfully read blueprints
- Daily managing of subcontractors
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
- Document daily progress and conditions at job site
- Responsible for doing prejob & postjob inspections
- Planning and executing successful projects
Job Qualifications
- Must have good working knowledge of construction and safety procedures
- Requires excellent communication, analytical, leadership, interpersonal, problem solving,planning and organizational skills
- Proven working experience in project management
- Blueprint reading
- Must be familiar with field operations associated with roofing
- Experience with all types of siding systems preferred but not required.

$ $30.00 per hour

Experience:
- Construction: 1 year (preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (preferred)
