Fuel Operations Analyst Functions:

  • Develops an understanding of existing CRM and Price Management Tools and their processes, and identifies, suggests, and implements improvements to existing and new tools. Also supports the business with day-to-day CRM and Pricing Platforms functionality and relevant supporting systems.
  • Works as project management lead with the implementation / migration of new CRM and Price Management Tools software, integrating into ERP back-office tools including managing timelines and expectations.
  • Works across departments to establish and track issues related to CRM and Price Management Tools and the resultant business and implementation requirements for corresponding system processes to enhance efficiency. This includes, but is not limited to, customizing and implementing forms, fields, flows, validation rules, security profiles/roles, reports, custom objects, etc.
  • Maintains existing and develops new company business processes and approval workflows to increase effectiveness across departments by following Sales and Lead Pipeline process procedures, data management, and the conservation of account records.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting
  • Develop, track, and deliver reports that capture key metrics to determine trends that help drive business decisions.
  • Manage the CRM and Pricing Tool licensing and supplier relationship, improve utilization of our software, providing recommendations for future use (renewals) and update existing software in collaboration with ERP backoffice systems.


  • Training & Support

  • Assist in training and support of end users on system processes and capabilities.
  • Stay up to date with the latest CRM and Price Management Tool system releases and proactively roadmap changes to adhere to best practices. Identify current limitations in existing operating platforms with an ability to design technical solutions to create efficiencies for end users.
  • Develops & maintains a comprehensive understanding of fuel operations, including but not limited to, distribution and supply logistics, refiner pricing inputs, external pricing, terminal allocations, and hauler relationships, in accordance with refiner contract compliance and market conditions.
  • Develops & maintains professional and technical knowledge of Federal, State and local regulations through portal recognition, attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications and participating in professional workshops and seminars.

Fuel Operations Analyst Skills / Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Administration.

  • Strong Excel skills are required.
  • Experience with

Change Management:
training; written and verbal communications.

  • Strong problemsolving skills are also essential to troubleshoot potential issues and identify remediation options.
  • Proficient in the following

Microsoft Applications:
SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Planner / Project, Outlook, Word and Power Point.

  • Experience working with Microsoft Power Platform including Power BI and Power Automate is a plus.
  • Experience working with Price Management Tools such as Axxis Software and or PDI Enterprise is a plus.
Adaptability with customer behaviors and strong problem-solving skills.
Effective communication, time management and organizational skills.


Pay:
$60, $80,000.00 per year
