Pay Rate:
$ $30.00 per hour based on experience.
Shift:
Monday to Friday, On-Call

Duties Include:
- Maintain the cleanliness and physical integrity of the property.
- Respond to all requests for maintenance service courteously and professionally.
- Following through on completion of work requests.
- Communicate with residents regarding work requirements and make the necessary arrangements to resolve their needs.
- Must have the ability to follow instructions and work under mínimal supervision.
- General repair & upkeep of the building's interior & exterior areas.
Requirements:
- Must be able to manage multiple priorities and have a broad range of maintenance skills.
- Must be able to lift fifty pounds and work on your feet for prolonged periods.
- Must be able to pass a drug test.
- Reliable transportation is necessary.
- Company vehicle possible after 90 days
Pay:
$ $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
