When you join us as a
_Patient Service Representative Team Lead_ you will be joining a dedicated team of professionals who deliver quality, value, and access in the 21st century and align all stakeholders
- patients, providers, payors, and regulators to achieve the best clinical outcomes.


You Will:


  • Greets and register patients in a friendly and serviceoriented manner obtaining complete and pertinent information;
  • Creates and maintains weekly Patient Service Representative schedule
  • Answers patient questions for scheduling, preps for studies or insurance
  • Communicates with Radiologists and referring physicians, addressing any concerns
  • Properly address patient, coworkers or vendors complaints
  • Trains new employees when needed

You Are:


  • Genuinely passionate about customer service and exercise sound judgement and an ability to remain professional in all situations
  • Able to demonstrate effective and professional communication, interpersonal skills and respect with patients, guests & colleagues
  • Able to thrive in a fastpaced environment, have a knack for prioritizing work with a structured approach, and enjoy providing worldclass customer service

To Ensure Success In This Role, You Must Have:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills
  • Strong multitasking and communication skills
  • Experience providing exceptional customer service
  • Medical terminology knowledge and recent medical/radiology office experience is preferred.

Pay Range:
USD $ USD $25.00 /per hour Shift:

Mornings Shift Variations:
Monday - Thursday 10:00am to 6:00pm Saturday 7:30am to 4:00pm
