All religious, medical, or other legally recognized exemptions regarding vaccination status will be considered.Job SummaryConducts daily audits sanitation and cleanliness inspectionsConducts audits and local health department audits on large events Attend regular staff meetings with departments going over sanitation practicesEnsures all staff is following health and sanitation standards set forth by Levy Restaurants and the local health department.
ESSENTIAL DUTIESDirects and manages safe food preparations including:
cooking, sanitation training, HACCP controls, equipmentInspects premises daily for unsanitary practices and conditions.
Manages and maintains cleaning schedules throughout the building, working with other department managers to ensure group success Completes all administrative duties needed to perform job function as required (Line checks, temp logs, cooler logs, cleaning schedules, memos, disciplinary forms, etc.).Works cooperatively and maintains close communication with other departmental managers and supervisors to ensure adequate cleanliness and sanitation standards are departmental areas.
