Tasks that will help you advance

  • You will independently and success-oriented develop the potential of our branch and its employees, with the opportunity to contribute your own ideas and proactively guide the location in a certain direction
  • You will supervise a constantly growing team at our location in Konstanz and provide technical guidance to colleagues
  • You will gradually build a network with interested parties, cooperation partners, clients, and employees in Germany, Switzerland, Austria, and South Tyrol, and promote the Trewitax brand in the Konstanz region
  • You will work with our management to determine the location strategy and ensure the successful establishment of the branch in a sustainable manner
  • You will be responsible for the operational business at the Konstanz location and continuously optimize our process and work flows
