We are currently seeking a DATEV LODAS Payroll Specialist (m/f/d) to join our team of nine in Lesage, WV. This position requires a minimum of 20 hours per week and will involve supporting our payroll and accounting department. The ideal candidate will have knowledge and interest in social security and bring relevant experience to the role.

Our clients include hospitals, (rehabilitation) clinics, medical practices, nursing facilities, and emergency services. Our doctors, nurses, and paramedics provide temporary coverage through temporary work assignments. Our team of recruiters also assists hospitals in filling leadership positions in the medical, nursing, and non-medical fields.


Responsibilities:

  • Processing payroll using DATEV LODAS
  • Acting as a point of contact for all payrollrelated inquiries
  • Communicating and resolving issues with social security agencies, tax authorities, and employees
  • Staying uptodate with industry developments and current events

Qualifications:

  • Ideally, you have previous experience in payroll processing and using DATEV LODAS
  • You are able to work independently and in a structured manner, quickly learning new information and systems
  • You have a friendly and approachable demeanor, even in stressful situations, and maintain a calm and composed attitude
  • You are highly responsible, detailoriented, reliable, and flexible
