The Initiative Junge Forscherinnen und Forscher e.V. is a non-profit organization operating in southern Germany, known for its innovation and growth. Our network of around 100 partners from education, research, and business makes us strong.

We are currently seeking a Team Leader for Education (m/f/d) with a background in STEM and pedagogical qualifications, such as a scientist, engineer, computer scientist, or teacher with relevant subject and didactic knowledge, to lead our team in Greensboro.

Your responsibilities:

Leading a dedicated team of approximately 10 employees

Ensuring the effective implementation of the project "Roadmap to the STEM job market - equal opportunities for future orientation", funded by the European Social Fund Plus (ESF+) in Bavaria and the Federal Employment Agency, Regional Directorate Bavaria

Continuously developing and optimizing existing educational modules for students and teachers

Designing and conducting interactive sessions for students and teachers on topics such as natural sciences, technology, digital skills, and STEM career paths

Reporting, evaluating, and analyzing the impact of our work
