Description

• Greet and assist prospective tenants in a friendly and professional manner
• Conduct property tours and showcase available units to potential renters
• Prepare lease agreements and ensure all necessary documents are signed by both parties
• Collect rent payments and follow up on any late or outstanding payments
• Coordinate movein and moveout inspections with tenants
• Address tenant concerns and resolve any maintenance or repair issues in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions, lease agreements, and property maintenance activities

• Previous experience in leasing or property management is preferred but not required
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with tenants and address their needs
• Proficient in data entry and file management to maintain accurate records of tenant information
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus
• Knowledge of contract laws and regulations related to leasing agreements
• Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills
