Description
The mechanical fire brigade in our company

Have you ever wondered who ensures that production at Nemak never stops? As an industrial mechanic for production technology, you are responsible for repairing our production facilities in case of malfunctions, checking and controlling them during planned downtimes, and replacing mechanical components if necessary. You do everything necessary to ensure a ideally trouble-free production process together with your colleagues. In addition, you perform functional tests and carry out commissioning.

Requirements

Curiosity and interest in technology are required for the training as an industrial mechanic. With your secondary school leaving certificate and good grades in mathematics and physics, you are well qualified.

To understand complex systems and the mechanical inner workings of machines, you should have manual dexterity and be able to quickly grasp technical connections.

In addition, you should enjoy working in a team.

Training process

In the first months of training, you will learn manual material processing. This will be followed by training in machine processing such as turning, milling, etc.

Through interesting project work, you can deepen and solidify the acquired knowledge. Pneumatics courses and similar courses are also part of your training program. "Apprentice mentors" will accompany you on assignments in our specialist departments, where you will participate in troubleshooting our production facilities and gain insights into the everyday work of an industrial mechanic.
