As an experienced Microsoft Dynamics CRM consultant (m/f/d), you will support our clients in the conception and implementation of business processes. In particular, you will realize CRM implementation projects. You will be the key player on site with the client.

Your responsibilities

  • You will support and configure CRM extensions for our clients (plug-ins/workflows/web resources).
  • You will be responsible for process analysis and identifying potential areas for improvement.
  • You have knowledge in the area of web services.
  • You will work with the development team to create functional applications.
  • You will conduct functional tests for quality assurance.

Your qualifications

  • You have a degree, training with a relevant background, or experience as a consultant in the Microsoft Dynamics CRM environment.
  • You have practical experience and excellent knowledge in the Microsoft Dynamics CRM environment.
  • You have experience with HTML/JavaScript/CSS.
  • You have strong analytical skills and a structured and results-oriented approach, and you work independently and autonomously.
  • You are fluent in German and English, have strong communication skills, and are able to work collaboratively.
