- Strong knowledge of quality management systems and standards (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma, Lean).
- Proficiency in quality tools and methodologies, such as statistical process control (SPC), FMEA, and root cause analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with quality management software is a plus.
