These are your responsibilities:

You develop quality concepts for the series production of aircraft electronics
You are responsible for monitoring compliance with aviation quality processes and approvals for deliveries, as well as creating the necessary certificates. You also monitor the effectiveness of measures taken and initiate necessary corrective actions, such as product and process improvements
You plan and accompany regular internal audits as well as audits with our customers
You act as a competent contact person and represent the quality department in various working groups, actively shaping changes and continuously optimizing our processes
You track necessary quality data, prepare presentations, and serve as a contact person for our customers

You have successfully completed a technical degree, such as in aerospace engineering or industrial engineering, or have a comparable qualification
You have professional experience in quality management or a production-related role, possess a comprehensive understanding of different technologies, and have basic knowledge of aviation regulations
You are familiar with various quality techniques, continuous improvement processes, and LEAN management
You are a team player with assertiveness, strong communication skills, and initiative
Excellent English skills and good knowledge of SAP and MS Office complete your profile
