We are looking for a creative and strategic social media assistant to work in our marketing department. The social media assistant is responsible for brainstorming campaigns, creating social media posts, and assisting with production.

To be successful as a social media assistant, you must have excellent time management skills and keen aesthetic eye for new trends.

A good social media assistant is eager to keep up with industry innovations and new software.

**You will be assisting and reporting to the Social Media Manager.


Social Media Assistant Responsibilities:

• Brainstorm campaigns.
• Upload social media posts daily.
• Be involved with the production team.
• Update posts to include relevant keywords for search engine optimization.
• Assist with preproduction of photo and video shoots.
• Collaborate with Social Media Manager to monitor and help reply to all incoming social media messages.
• Record and edit new content across all of our social media platforms.

Social Media Assistant Requirements:

• Excellent knowledge of social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
• Analytical skills.
• Understand the brand voice, tone, and aesthetic to effectively and authentically engage with followers on social channels.
• Proficient video editing skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Creative and eager to contribute new ideas.
• Eagerness to learn about new innovations and software.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of social media trends especially on TikTok and Instagram.
• Previous experience with using Canva
• A love for all things social media, reels, and TikTok.

We are a small start up with multiple e-commerce portfolios with lots of room to grow Looking for the right individual to join our fun team.

Pay:
$18.00 per hour
