Monitor driver performance and address any issues or concerns that may arise

Skills:

Strong analytical skills with the ability to make quick decisions based on available information
Proficient in transportation management systems
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to type quickly and accurately
Knowledge of dispatching procedures and best practices
Familiarity with shipping/receiving processes
