MUST HOLD A CURRENT GENERAL CONTRACTOR LICENSE IN FLORIDA AND HAVE SERVED AS A QUALIFYING INDIVIDUAL


Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish
• Coordinate and schedule subcontractors and suppliers
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Review project plans and specifications to ensure compliance
• Monitor progress and quality of work
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction
• Maintain accurate project documentation and records

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a General Contractor or similar role
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods
• Proficient in concrete forming, cabinet installation, glass installation, roofing, construction painting, power tools, frame carpentry, bluebeam, hand tools, and flooring installation
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
• Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Spanish and English language
