    Job Title: Data Scientist

    Job Description:

    We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in analytics, machine learning, optimization, and natural language processing (NLP). They should be proficient in both open source and closed source technologies, with hands-on experience in various frameworks such as RAG Framework, LangChain, and LLMAIndex. The candidate should be adept at problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical reasoning.

    Responsibilities:

    Perform data fetching, merging, wrangling, and exploratory data analysis.

    Utilize feature engineering techniques to extract meaningful insights from data.

    Apply machine learning algorithms and statistical models to solve complex business problems.

    Drive client engagement and align the development team towards a technical roadmap.

    Lead teams of data scientists to achieve project outcomes.

    Design and analyze system problems, testing standards, and solutions.

    Develop and evaluate alternative workflow solutions.

    Determine operational objectives by studying business functions and gathering information.

    Design new analytical solutions based on requirements and system capabilities.

    Improve systems by analyzing current practices and designing modifications.

    Recommend controls and write improved procedures.

    Define project requirements, milestones, phases, and elements.

    Monitor project progress, resolve problems, and publish progress reports.

    Maintain system protocols, user documentation, and confidentiality of information.

    Provide technical support, training, and user assistance.

    Prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.

    Stay updated with state-of-the-art practices, attend workshops, and participate in professional societies.

    Requirements:

    Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or related field.

    Proven experience in analytics, machine learning, optimization, and NLP.

    Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Linux.

    Hands-on experience with open-source technologies and frameworks.

    Familiarity with closed-source technologies, including RAG Framework, LangChain, and LLMAIndex.

    Experience with Databricks, MLOps, high-performance data engineering, and security is preferred.

    Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.

    Excellent communication and team leadership abilities.

    Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
