    Description

    Role:
    Sr. Data Scientist/Lead Data Scientist Location - Mason Ohio - Onsite (Day 1)


    Required Skillsets:
    Analytics, Machine Learning, Optimization Full-stack data science
    Exposure to deep learning, reinforcement learning and neural networks
    Hands on experience in both open source and closed source LLM is must should know
    Prompt engineering, RAG framework, langchain, llamaindex
    NLP skills are required
    Hands on Linux, python, and open-source skills are required
    Databricks, MLOps, High-performance data engineering, and Security knowledge preferred


    Responsibilities:
    Excellent problem-solving, Critical, and Analytical thinking skills
    Proficient in Data fetch, data merge, data wrangling, exploratory data analysis, and feature en SQL Skills with working knowledge of machine learning algorithms
    Drive client engagement fully and align the development team toward a technical roadmap
    Led teams of data scientists to achieve project outcome
    Implements analytical requirements by defining and analyzing system problems, designing an Develops solutions by preparing and evaluating alternative workflow solutions
    Determines operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; eval Designs new analytical solutions by analyzing requirements; constructing workflow charts andspecifications
    Improves systems by studying current practices, designing modifications
    Recommends controls by identifying problems, writing improved procedures
    Defines project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases, and elements; forming Monitors project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports Maintains system protocols by writing and updating procedures
