If you value stability and continuous growth in your career, then Methuen Construction could be the place for you! We are currently looking for an experienced Superintendent to join our water/wastewater treatment facility construction team.

Your Role:

Project, assess, and confirm labor requirements
Inspire, engage, and guide team members
Supervise Foremen, trade crews, and subcontractors
Collaborate with Project Managers and Engineers to ensure project plan alignment
Actively engage in turnover meetings as necessary
Implement a Rapid Deployment Program
Identify and address safety risks
Develop and monitor project schedules
Ensure adherence to project budget
Maintain project documentation
Track fabrication and delivery of products
Keep accurate records and reports
Recommend solutions to project challenges
Project a positive image for Methuen Construction
Perform other duties as assigned

Your Education and Experience:

Preferably a Bachelor's Degree in a related field
Minimum of five years of Superintendent experience
Experience with project planning and controls
Background in Civil Engineering and industrial systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Work Environment/Physical Demands:

Ability to lift heavy loads
Comfortable with construction site conditions
Willingness to work in various weather conditions
Physical agility to maneuver on-site
Visual acuity for job requirements
