We are looking to hire a Creditors Accounting Clerk (m/f/d) at our Karlsruhe location immediately. The position is permanent. The diverse and interesting tasks are suitable for someone who works independently and responsibly.


Your tasks:


  • Processing and posting of incoming invoices in the accounting system
  • Conducting payment runs
  • Review and reconciliation of open item lists, as well as reconciliation and verification of customer accounts
  • Contact person for regular customers and our employees on site
  • Maintenance and management of master data

Your profile:


  • Commercial education
  • Professional experience desirable
  • Communication skills and customer orientation
