Nurse Practitioners to join our in-home clinical practice and be a vital part of the real-time healthcare experience. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in providing a variety of patient visits, ranging from Annual Wellness Visits to vaccine appointments, with a generous reimbursement rate of $100-$150 per visit.

Responsibilities:


  • Conduct inhome patient visits, providing comprehensive healthcare services
  • Utilize the ROADL app for seamless onboarding, appointment scheduling, and payment processing
  • Deliver exceptional patient care, ensuring the best possible service
  • Perform a variety of visits, including Annual Wellness Visits and vaccine appointments

Qualifications:


  • Active NYS Nurse Practitioner license
  • Board certification
  • Home Visit experience
  • Proficient use of the ROADL app (training provided)
