SNF Marketing and Admissions Director
Medical Center Convalescent Hospital - San Bernardino, CA

Job Summary
We're currently seeking a Marketing Representative to identify new growth opportunities for the facility.

This includes the identification and management of relationships with referral sources including, but not limited to, physicians, surgeons, hospital discharge planners, skilled nursing facility administrators, and more.

Marketing Directors will make regular visits to key referral sources to encourage a continued mutually beneficial working relationship, where the quality coordinated care of patients' nursing facility needs are our primary focus.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manages the admissions process to ensure resident and family satisfaction
• Maintains network of referral sources, providing information via marketing materials or presentations as needed
• Develops, manages, and monitors new marketing campaigns that will result into higher admissions and case mix.
• Researches, writes, and distributes press releases
• Conducts marketing research and analyzes results as needed
• Establishes admission goals and ensures all stated goals are met
• Follows all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes
• Attends all staff meetings, trainings, financial and educational classes as required
• Performs other duties as assigned by Administrator.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Two-Three years of progressive and relevant experience in Skilled Nursing Facility preferred
• Demonstrated success in planning, implementing, and evaluating successful marketing campaigns
• Strong research skills (conventional and internet)
• Excellent public speaking, communication, and presentation skills
• Superior relationship building, networking, and customer service skills
• Must enjoy working with in nursing facility
• Strong organization skills, able to multitask, and can manage time to meet frequently changing deadlines in a fastpaced environment
• Strong command of the English language, including good spelling and grammar skills
• Highly professional and dependable
• Strong computer and internet skills
• BILINGUAL SPANISH PREFERRED

Rate:
$40-45/hour
