- Under supervision of designated supervisor, perform a variety of tasks related to the production and service of food and beverage items; ensure positive guest service in designated area, and maintain standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Properly record all transactions via the point of sale system.
- Serve food and beverage items in correct portions.
- Interact with customers/guests in a pleasant and professional manner.
- Acquaint guests with items for sale and use suggestive selling techniques.
- Participate in set-up of stand, arranging inventory; notify supervisor of any inventory deficiency.
- Perform clean-up duties in the stand to maintain the quality appearance of the work area including cleaning and storing the equipment.

UNH is located in Durham on a 188-acre campus, 60 miles north of Boston and 8 miles from the Atlantic coast and is convenient to New Hampshire's lakes and mountains.
There is a student enrollment of 13,000 students, with a full-time faculty of over 600, offering 90 undergraduate and more than 70 graduate programs.
