What you can do with us:

You will be responsible for communicating with our customers to find efficient solutions when processing open items and payment delays
You will handle discrepancy processing in close coordination with our accounting department. This includes contacting customers, creating credit and debit notes, and potentially initiating corrective measures
As part of the complaint processing, you will be responsible for recording damage reports in SAP and clarifying the facts with external and internal interfaces
You will support the maintenance and management of prices and conditions in SAP
