Job Description

During your internship, you will work in the area of employment conditions and fundamental issues, getting to know the legal framework of collective agreements, working time laws, and company agreements in a manufacturing plant.

You will gain a comprehensive insight into the topics of remuneration, time management, and labor law, and actively support daily operations.

You will create decision-making aids for collective law issues.

You will also accompany HR projects and independently work on project tasks.

You will work with internal reports and prepare them.

Additionally, you will analyze, optimize, and document existing HR processes.

Qualifications

Education : Degree in economics, law, business administration, or similar.
